Официальная причина взысканий - несвоевременное выполнение поручений о заключении контрактов на 2023 год и передвижка аукционных процедур на более поздние сроки.
Министр культуры Наталья Щелканова и заместитель министра образования Ирина Чинаева отделались замечаниями от губернатора.
