Напоминаю, что я главный гастроэнтузиаст Берлине и не только — поэтому продолжаю подборку новых мест в городе.

Я уже писала о ресторане израильский кухни Berta — я в диком от него восторге, сводила уже туда всех друзей, очень вам рекомендую.

Рекомендасьон августа — грузинский бар 8,000 Vintages🍷

В принципе, на слове грузинский бар вы должны были уже побежать туда бронировать. Но если не побежали, то я добавлю, что у ребят просто огромная коллекция грузинских вин по очень, очень приятным ценам.

А главное — там есть мои любимые оранжевые вина, которые делают в квеври. У Парфенова есть целый фильм о них, но если коротко — виноград давят и вместе с косточками, веточками и мезгой оставляют сбраживаться в огромных глиняных амфорах.

Вино можно купить с собой или распить прямо на террасе. К винам предлагаются закуски — но скажу честно, нам они не зашли.
