❗️В продолжении темы правового беспредела, связанного с застройкой, могу сказать, что мы фактически имеем дело с живыми существами (вредителями), растащившими и продолжающими растаскивать по кусочкам советское наследие и наша задача сейчас попытаться собрать его обратно в «единый кулак», чтобы вернуть городу, да и всей России благополучное будущее.
Возможно организация референдума для решения судьбы Ангарских прудов в Москве поможет дать старт и другим масштабным референдумам для решения иных, более значимых государственных задач.
