Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides.
