🔹نمایندگان مجلس در حوزه مسائل مهاجرین دو نقش می‌توانند داشته باشند، یک نقش منطقه‌ای آن‌ها به عنوان کسانی است که صاحب نفوذ در امور مدیریت استان هستند. چون نماینده علاوه بر اینکه در مجلس موثر است در مرکز استان خود هم اثرگذار است. به همین دلیل این‌ها می‌توانند در گشایش‌هایی که برای مردم مهاجر اتفاق می‌افتد اثرگذار باشند.
🔹اما نقش مهم دیگر می‌تواند در تسهیل و تعیین بعضی از قوانینی باشد که خیلی از آن‌ها از زمان‌های قدیم در ایران باقی مانده و خیلی از این قوانین برای دوستان ایرانی هم سنگ راه و مانع دشواری است و تعامل جامعه مهاجر را با جامعه ایران سخت می‌کند.
