Исполняющим обязанности руководителя региона назначена Валентина Гречушкина, которая в последнее место работала советником губернатора Валерия Радаева, а до этого занимала должность заместителя председателя правительства по социальной сфере, откуда ушла после массовых скандалов, связанных с ее именем.

"There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital.
