Уголовное дело в отношении бывшего руководителя саратовского МЧС Игоря Качева направлено на новое рассмотрение в суд первой инстанции.
Такое решение приняла сегодня судебная коллегия по уголовным делам Первого кассационного суда общей юрисдикции, рассмотрев уголовное дело по кассационному представлению прокурора Саратовской области.
Напомним, Игорю Качеву инкриминировали превышение должностных полномочий при оформлении госконтрактов и сговор с фирмами-подрядчиками. Но суд первой инстанции оправдал Качева, мотивируя свое решение тем, что информация о причинении вреда государству не подтвердилась.
Теперь судьи кассационного суда проверили материалы уголовного дела и вынесли свой вердикт.

Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
