Сегодня на заседании Саратовской областной думы депутаты заслушали информацию о деятельности Управления Федеральной службы по ветеринарному и фитосанитарному надзору.
По словам руководителя ведомства Алексея Частова,площадь земель, зараженных карантинными растениями, увеличилась в 2024 году в 9 раз и достигла в Саратовской области 1,81 млн га.
«Личинки и жуки златки живут под корой, вытравить их невозможно. Через два года дерево погибает, поэтому единственный способ борьбы - уничтожение зараженных деревьев», - пояснил Частов, рассказывая о впервые обнаруженной в регионе ясеневой изумрудной златке, из-за которой в массовом порядке выпиливаются деревья в областном центре.
Помимо изумрудной златки в 2024 году в регионе впервые выявили амброзию полыннолистную, амброзию многолетнюю и паслен колючий. За год обнаружено 450 новых очагов карантинных объектов, а площадь зарастания повиликой увеличилась с 316 до 746 тысяч га.
