Когда-нибудь я переборю страх захлебнуться в коллекторе из-за резкого подъёма воды и запишусь к ребятам на экскурсию. Пока просто наблюдаю и восторгаюсь.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land.
