К слову о Постановлении Совета Судей 2010 года и его желании закрепить законодательно нагрузку: в декабре 2023 года им был подготовлен законопроект о служебной нагрузке на судей и работников аппаратов судов. 14 лет шли к своей цели 🙂
Я посмотрел сайт Госдумы — законопроект ещё не внесён. Предполагается, что Судебный департамент разработает и представит на утверждение Совета судей РФ научно обоснованные нормы служебной нагрузки судей и работников аппаратов судов, которые могут быть пересмотрены при изменении законодательства или наступлении иных существенных обстоятельств.
Из интересного — развитие института судебного примирения — это когда в качестве "медиатора" выступает судья в отставке. Сколько раз заявлял ходатайство об этом — ни разу не удовлетворяли.
В общем, есть куда расти, зачем пошлины было повышать!
