Я так понимаю, чтоб придать вес посланию губернатора, пытаются зазвать как можно больше статусных деятелей. И пофиг, что этого депутата внутрипол всячески пытался минусовать. Чуть ли не врагом объявляли. Сейчас главное - чтоб пришел. Потом важно будут пояснять, что на поклон.
