Всё выглядит впечатляюще, проект прекрасный, но есть нюанс - колесо не работает. История с ним следующая - колесо открылось для публики в конце 2021 и проработало до марта 2022, после чего было закрыто и простаивает до сих пор. Сама конструкция безопасна, с ней проблем нет, но в процессе эксплуатации выяснилось, что вибрации от колеса разрушают искусственный остров, на котором оно построено. Что с этим делать непонятно, сроков исправления проблемы никто не даёт, и запустят ли его когда-нибудь - неизвестно. В итоге вот уже два года колесо выполняет функции арт-объекта, видимо самого дорогого в мире - стоимость строительства составила $270 млн.

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media.
