В средствах массовой информации размещено видеообращение жителей Академического района Екатеринбурга, в котором они высказывают недовольство вырубкой деревьев в березовой роще для последующей застройки участка многоэтажными домами.
По данному факту следственными органами СК России по Свердловской области проводится процессуальная проверка (ст. 293 УК РФ).
Глава ведомства поручил и.о. руководителя СУ СК России по Свердловской области Мирошниченко К.В. доложить о ходе проверки.
