Экс-атамана городского казачества Юрия Шмелькова обвинили в трате более 7 млн рублей из краевого бюджета на корпоративы и премии, которые, по данным расследования, доставались командирам дружин и бухгалтеру.
Дополнительно в сеть утекло фото, где сам Шмельков и его соратники веселятся на одном из мероприятий в женском белье. Бывший атаман объяснил происходящее традициями:
«Одеваются в цыганку, в корову, в жениха, в невесту. Это старинный казачий обряд для того, чтобы отмолиться».
При этом он категорически отрицает растрату бюджетных средств, обвиняя бухгалтерию, и требует удалить публикацию с его фото, заявляя, что его честь и достоинство были поруганы.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
