Несмотря на явные пробросы региональной администрации о том, что все схвачено и вот-вот будет назначен новый человек, в эфире тишина. Даже дискуссия о потенциальных кандидатах затихла.
А проблема в разговорах о том, что пора на выход не только Фишеру, но губернатору Ситникову. Самое грустное, что теперь региональная администрация костьми ляжет, чтобы не отсвечивать в медийном пространстве, особенно с кадровыми решениями. Ибо страшно.
Региональные элиты с большим недоверием встретили слухи о назначении на регион новолюда. Но мысль «а вдруг?» теперь никого не покидает и делает политических мужей грустными. Потому что назначить-то назначат, а что на земле с таким делать – непонятно.
Поэтому весь регион теперь будет притворяться мертвым пуще прежнего, авось пронесёт и в этот раз.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
