🎓 Участниками Школы могут стать молодые исследователи (преподаватели, аспиранты, магистранты и бакалавры) в возрасте от 18 до 35 лет из России, СНГ и стран БРИКС. Школа фокусируется на исследовательском, коммуникационном и IT блоках.
📌 Подать заявку необходимо до 7 февраля 2025 года, после чего до 8 февраля выполнить тестовое задание. С конкурсантами, набравшими наибольшее количество баллов, будет проведено собеседование. Итоги отбора будут подведены за неделю до начала Школы.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
