Дмитриенко был арестован еще в апреле этого года и с тех пор находился в СИЗО «Лефортово». Тогда же ему предъявили обвинения по ч.2 ст. 208 УК РФ — «Участие в незаконном вооруженном формировании». Согласно информации «Коммерсанта», молодой человек ранее служил во французской Иностранном легионе, пытался отправиться воевать за Украину, но ему отказали в найме из-за российского гражданства.
