Балтийский флотский военный суд приговорил медсестру Елену Николаенкову к 60 тысячам штрафа. Ее признали виновной в «оправдании терроризма» за строчку в телеграм-чате поклонников «Масяни» и отпустили из-под стражи в зале суда под подписку о невыезде.

«Я приготовилась сидеть долго. До меня факт ареста доходил неделю, теперь неделю будет доходить освобождение», — рассказала Елена уже на улице.

Встречать женщину пришли друзья и дочь с внуком.

Елена Николаенкова провела в заключении более пяти месяцев.

"Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
