Постановлением Хорошёвского районного суда города Москвы удовлетворено ходатайство органов предварительного расследования об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Мут Елены Александровны, обвиняемой в совершении преступления, предусмотренного п. «а» ч. 2 ст. 238.1 УК РФ (Обращение фальсифицированных, недоброкачественных и незарегистрированных лекарственных средств, медицинских изделий и оборот фальсифицированных биологически активных добавок), на срок 01 месяц 26 суток.
