По итогам переговоров Сергей Лавров доложит президенту России Владимиру Путину о их результатах, после чего будут приниматься дальнейшие решения о переговорах с Вашингтоном.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
