Сегодня самый длинный день в году, когда у нас на Севере солнце не садится совсем, и белый вечер плавно переходит в белое утро.

Таким же тихим утром 22 июня 1941 года фашисты вероломно напали на Советский Союз. По данным Северодвинского краеведческого музея, из 25-тысячного города на фронт было призвано 17517 человек, 4722 погибли или пропали без вести, те, кто остался здесь, трудились во имя Победы.
