У меня, кстати, там родился прадед - этнически русский. Вообще, в Бессарабии не только полно русских (как в момент присоединения, так даже и сейчас), но и более чем лояльные России болгары, молдаване, да даже и хохлы. Просто дедушка не в курсе, но мнение имеет! Вот такой вот у госдедов уровень экспертизы. А потом мы сокрушаемся, что все постсоветское пространство бездарно просрано.

They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
