Самопровозглашенный и.о. президента Амрулла Салех уже тут как тут: поздравляет со стихийным восстанием в Бадахшане, обещая, что после свержения талибов в Кабуле увековечат память бадахшанских протестующих - "все начнется с них". Схожие надежды Салех возлагал на мятеж в Сари-Пуле 2 года назад, но...
