Местный орган ЗАГС, в которой подано заявление, на основании полученной выписи, делает соответствующие исправления во всех документах, удостоверяющих личность заявителя и выдает последнему полученную выпись о рождении. 5. О всех изменениях записей, сделанных местными органами ЗАГС, последние обязаны немедленно извещать губернские органы ЗАГС в порядке ст. 14 Кодекса Законов об а. г. с. 6. Заявления, указанные в п. 1-ом об исправлении пола, имени и фамилии, освобождаются от гербового сбора.
