Согласно свидетельствам потерпевшего, его отказ продемонстрировать переписку стал причиной агрессии со стороны партнерши. После удара она потеряла сознание, и именно он вызвал ей скорую помощь.
Суд принял во внимание добровольное признание вины, раскаяние, сотрудничество с правоохранительными органами, а также личное положение подсудимой. В итоге ей был вынесен условный приговор на срок 3 года лишения свободы.

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
