🛴 Сезон самокатов в Москве заканчивается. Какие выводы из него можно сделать?

Наверное, самый главный: самокаты — отличный транспорт, но только когда ими управляют трезвой головой и твердыми руками. Остальным лучше пешком, если не хочется травм и\или штрафов.

Чтобы это послание лучше запомнилось, мы объединили силы с той самой кофейней Просвет и тем самым художником Иваном Майтом и выпустили хрустящие самокаты.

И помните к следующему сезону: все самокатчики, которые не соблюдают правила дорожного движения, хрустнут.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war.
