🔺در روز پنج‌شنبه ۲۹ آذر ۱۴۰۳، دکتر شاهین آخوندزاده، معاونت تحقیقات و فناوری وزارت بهداشت در کنار استاد پروین پاسالار و همراهان ایشان سرکارخانم دکتر بیتا مسگرپور مشاور معاونت و سرکار خانم دکتر سارا سهراب‌وندی دبیر کمیته کشوری تحقیقات و فناوری دانشجویی در مرکز پژوهش‌های علمی و فناوری دانشجویان حضور پیدا کردند.

🔺در ابتدای این جلسه، با حضور دکتر بهادر مکی آبادی، دکتر فرساد نوری‌زاده و امید قیسوندی، سرپرست، قائم مقام و دبیرکل مرکز پژوهش‌ها و جمعی از فعالین دانشجویی مرکز به طور مختصر شرحی از فعالیت‌های مهم صورت‌گرفته و پروژه‌های آتی مرکز به معاونت تحقیقات و فناوری ارائه شد و ایشان از برنامه‌های آتی و اقدامات انجام‌شده استقبال و قدردانی کردند.

🔺سپس در ادامه به مناسبت هفته پژوهش، جناب آقای دکتر آخوندزاده به ارائه انتقال تجربه تحقیقاتی با موضوع مهم: «Research from Scientometrics to Impact» در محل آمفی تئاتر مرکز پرداختند و در پایان به سوالات شرکت‌کنندگان پاسخ دادند.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
