Похоже, застройщик Legenda из города на Неве заявит-таки о себе в российской столице. Компания стала партнером «Кортроса» и Capital Group в проекте развития территории Северного речного порта на Ленинградском шоссе.

Трио девелоперов на 26 гектарах создаст многофункциональное пространство с квартирами, социалкой, коммерческой инфраструктурой. Гости из Питера застроят 6,7 га. От них ждем 286 000 «квадратов» жилья бизнес-класса, школу на 425 учеников и детский сад на 350 мест. Концепция - бюро Sergey Skuratov Architects.

Ранее Legenda уже предпринимала попытку зайти в Москву и в 2019 году выкупила 2,3 га в Графском переулке, 9 (Алексеевский район, СВАО). С тех пор о площадке ничего не слышно.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Crude oil prices edged higher after tumbling on Thursday, when U.S. West Texas intermediate slid back below $110 per barrel after topping as much as $130 a barrel in recent sessions. Still, gas prices at the pump rose to fresh highs. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
