Девелопер готовит ППТ. Параметры не раскрываются. С учетом площади участка - а это 31,2 га - проект представляется довольно масштабным.

📍 Локейшен: ЮВАО, Лефортово, ближайшие станции метро - «Площадь Ильича» и «Римская» (1,8 км).
