Департамент городского имущества города Москвы изымает у Level Group земельный участок на Причальном проезде, который девелопер купил в 2022 году у госкорпорации «Дом.РФ».
Судя по тому, что изъятие происходит в связи с обращением ГКУ «УДМС», то участок понадобился городу для развития улично-дорожной сети.
Под изъятие попадает территория общей площадью 0,43 га по адресу: Причальный проезд, вл 6 и 3 нежилых зданий на 2448 м² на ней.
Участок был куплен Level Group за 405,5 млн рублей, но город готов заплатить возмещения в размере 258,9 млн рублей. Стороны уже обоюдно подписали соглашение об изъятии.
