Динамично развивающаяся деловая локация Ходынское поле не исключение: планируемый в ближайшие 5 лет ввод офисной недвижимости не покроет формирующийся спрос. Фактически все готовые площади в субрынке уже арендованы, уровень вакансий на начало ноября — 2,2%.
Сейчас на Ходынке активно увеличивается объем офисной недвижимости: STONE дал импульс к формированию субрынка. Перспективные бизнес-центры на Ходынке позволят сбалансировать текущий дефицит качественных офисов в локации: в разрезе таких деловых районов, как Белорусский и «Москва-Сити», планируемый к вводу до 2030 года объем офисов эксперты называют умеренным.

Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers.
