Судья принял решение удовлетворить ходатайство НАБУ в полном объеме.
Следствие считает, что народный депутат в 2019-2022 год получил по меньшей мере 567 тыс. долларов от разведывательных органов РФ за подрывную деятельность против Украины, дискредитацию Украины на международной арене, ухудшение дипломатических отношений с США и усложнение интеграции Украины в Европейский Союз и НАТО.
По данным СМИ, речь идет о бывшем депутате Андрее Деркаче.
Депутату ранее был объявлен в государственный и международный розыск. Ему избрана мера пресечения в виде содержания под стражей.
Ранее Деркач публиковал записи с голосами Байдена и Порошенко, после этого против Деркача ввели санкции США.
