Согласно анализу Агентства политических и экономических коммуникаций, в первую тройку лидеров вошёл Грозный вслед за Тюменью и Салехардом. В числе антилидеров — столица Ингушетии Магас.
Кстати, мэры обеих кавказских столиц — новички, были избраны в этом году. Интересно, что в октябрьском Национальном рейтинге мэровприбавили оба главы - и мэр Грозного Хас-Магомед Кадыров (слева) и мэр Магаса Усман Аушев. Но почему-то высокий личный зачёт оказался вообще не связан с качеством управления, в котором Аушев допустил такой провал.
Чиновник работал врио главы Магаса с июня 2020 г., а в феврале депутаты избрали его мэром. Тогда мы уповали, что новому главе «поможет неумение». Не помогло.
