Глава региона Казбек Коков отчитался: на выплаты участникам «СВО» направили более 400 млн рублей. Однако жители республики жалуются, что не могут добиться денег.
Коков после начала мобилизации обещал солдатам 25 тыс. рублей из регионального бюджета ежемесячно. В случае ранения — 100–300 тыс. рублей, гибели — миллион. Также губернатор говорил, что семьи получат компенсации, если тратили свои деньги на сборы мобилизованных.
«Где эти выплаты? Скажите, пожалуйста. Мой муж мобилизованный. И был ранен. Но в справке, что ему дали, нигде о выплате не написано. Как так? Разве это справедливо? Он был там шесть месяцев. <…> И его каждый день таскают то во Владикавказ, то в Ингушетию. Людям из КБР вообще не хотят ничего выплачивать. Сколько уже денег мы на дорогу потратили», — жалуются жители региона в соцсетях.

If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
