Основным учредителем фирмы «СВЭМ» является Самир Аль-Тамими, бенефициар ГК «Пусковой Элемент» — одного из крупнейших производителей и поставщиков полного спектра услуг в сфере электроэнергии, также по 10% в проекте принадлежат управляющему партнеру Ricci Алексею Богданову и бизнесмену Максиму Денисову.
Также застройщик компенсирует городу 42 места в школе и 21 место в детском саду.
