Вторая очередь жилого комплекса состоит из 6 среднеэтажных корпусов высотой от 10 до 16 этажей, в которых спроектирована 1291 квартира площадью от 28 до 154 м².

Архитектурные решения второй очереди комплекса разработаны бюро ATRIUM.

Для корпусов выходящих на площадь бюро разработало уникальные фасадные решения, которые сочетают в себе современность и объёмную пластику.

Документы уже появились на портале «наш.дом.рф».
