📊Вложения в площадки под жилье выросли в 2,4 раза и составили 110 млрд рублей. В 2,4 раза увеличился объем инвестиций в складском сегменте, в 1,6 раза — в офисном сегменте. При этом ретейл показал ожидаемо отрицательную динамику, в результате чего инвестиции в коммерческую недвижимость снизились на 5% и составили 208 млрд рублей.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.”
