С начала года было введено более 20 млн «квадратов» жилья

С начала 2025 года в России было построено более 20 млн «квадратов» жилой недвижимости, сообщили в Минстрое. Большая часть этого объёма, 16,5 млн «квадратов», пришлась на индивидуальное жилищное строительство.

По данным ведомства, всего с начала года было введено 20,8 млн «квадратов» жилья. Это 4,3 млн «квадратов» многоквартирных домов и 16,5 млн «квадратов» индивидуального жилья, рассказал министр строительства и ЖКХ Ирек Файзуллин.

Напомним, за весь 2024 год в стране было построено 107,8 млн «квадратов» жилой недвижимости. За год объём ввода жилья сократился на 2,4%. В 2023 году было сдано более 110 млн «квадратов» жилья.

Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
