Минпромторг предложил скорректировать принятый этим летом закон о государственно-частном партнерстве. Среди изменений присутствует двойное снижение минимальной суммы инвестиций при участии в проектах — с ₽10 млрд до ₽5 млрд. Кроме того, будет предоставлена возможность осуществления закупок продукции, произведенной у частного партнера, с наделением его статусом «единственного поставщика».
Нововведения должны улучшить кооперацию бизнеса и государства, а также обеспечить спрос на товары, изготавливаемые в рамках ГЧП.
