В прошлом месяце Нью-Дели закупил 46% всей своей нефти у нашей страны. Аналитики Vortexa: в мае в среднем поставлялось 1,96 млн барр/с — новый рекорд. Рост импорта традиционно связывают с ценами. Индия сообщала, что российская нефть в среднем покупается по $68 за баррель, в то время как саудовская — около $87. Именно поэтому доля поставок от Эр-Рияда неуклонно снижается как здесь, так и в Китае. Заметим, что это ощутимо выше ценового потолка.
При этом отмечаются трудности индийской нефтепереработки. Многие НПЗ проектировались для работы с сортами, где меньше серы, чем в том же Urals (в нем около 1,3%). Поэтому некоторые заводы не хотят слишком сильно загружаться российской нефтью. Тем не менее росту импорта это пока несильно мешает. Это, наверняка, связано с тем, что Нью-Дели перепродает часть нашего топлива по более высоким ценам.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
