Об этом сообщили в надзорном ведомстве по итогам прокурорской проверки исполнения требования законодательства о ликвидации аварийных зданий.
Речь идет о многоквартирных домах, которые были признаны аварийными и подлежащими сносу еще в 2010-2015 годах. Как пояснили в прокуратуре, с того момента жильцы были расселены в новые квартиры, местные власти не провели работы по сносу аварийного жилья.
В итоге суд обязал администрацию города осуществить снос семи зданий в течение 2025 года.
