Больше всего мне нравится в начавшихся переговорах то, что разрешение «военного конфликта между Россией и Украиной» обсуждается между Россией и … США. В том числе проведение выборов на Украине (где демократия и свободный выбор народа!).
Жду от украинских СМИ тезиса вроде «Это потому что мы с русскими за один стол не сядем!» или «Таков план, США прощупывают нам почву!»

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried.
