Единыйреестр недропользователей появился в Красноярском крае
О его использовании и ведении договорились министр экологии края Павел Борзых и руководитель Роснедр Евгений Петров.
В документе будут содержаться данные обо всех недропользователях на территории края. В реестр включат информацию о лицензиях на пользование недрами. В частности, в систему уже включены предприятия по добыче золота, нефти, газа и общераспространенных полезных ископаемых.
Единая автоматизированная система позволит дать оценку геологической обеспеченности Красноярского края минеральными ресурсами. Также она поможет вести учет участков недр, предоставленных в пользование, вовремя находить нарушения и привлекать злоумышленников к ответственности.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
