Его планируют построить на улице Актайская в Казани на месте одноименного центра детского творчества.

Концепцию была разработана совместно с архитекторами Дмитрием Маркеловым и Артемом Комаровым и предложена еще в 2021 году.

Пока же между улицей Актайская и сквером «Авангард» стоит «непрезентабельное здание», в котором размещается существующий ЦДТ.
