Здание-книжка СЭВ на Новом Арбате, которое стоит в начале Нового Арбата, уродуя всю перспективу, наконец-то, признано аварийным. Надеюсь, эту страшную хуйню, наконец, снесут, а на ее месте построят что-нибудь соответствующее величию новой Москвы.
Немного истории: здание СЭВ - это пример советской архитектуры, на которую можно дрочить по фоткам, но в реальной жизни я на это смотреть в своем родном городе не готов. Есть еще пару строений, которые тоже надо отправить жить в фотоальбомы, но главное с чего-то начать.
В 1955 году при Хрущеве вышло постановление, которое испортило жизнь трех поколений: "Советской архитектуре должна быть свойственна простота, строгость форм и экономичность решений".

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
