Коды для авторизации будут приходить на указанный электронный адрес, либо войти в аккаунт можно будет сразу через Google или Apple ID после привязки одного из сервисов к профилю, минуя получение кода на почту.
Дополнительный способ авторизации полезен тем, что при логине можно обойтись без номера телефона.

Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
