С-400 широко рекламировался РФ как передовая разработка, способная защитить от любых угроз. Эта крайне дорогая система предназначена для защиты стратегических объектов.
Уничтожение одного из ключевых элементов этой системы — радиолокационной станции, показывает, что она далеко не так совершенна, как заявляют российские власти. Без неё комплекс фактически становится слепым и теряет свою основную функцию.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever." These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
