Вчера на факультете права НИУ ВШЭ состоялось уже четвёртое заседание нашего Клуба. Посещаемость побила рекорды, а накал дискуссии между участниками встречи достиг небывалых высот!

На этот раз мы слушали и обсуждали доклад почётного члена Клуба Ивана Гусака на тему «Феномен административного государства в системе взглядов Роско Паунда».

Отдельно хотим поблагодарить директора Центра обеспечения научной деятельности, старшего преподавателя департамента теории права и сравнительного правоведения факультета права НИУ ВШЭ Владимира Дмитриевича Чуракова, который принял активное участие в дискуссии.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
