Кожемяко тоже решил обливаться. Многие СМИ обратили внимание, что глава региона находится в отличной форме, и даже присудили ему «премию» - лучший губернаторский пресс. Видимо, Кожемяко решил похвастать своим «сухим» торсом. Ну а что, гордиться, наверное, больше нечем.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
