Южный окружной военный суд приговорил Эдуарда Гладких к 16 годам заключения за поджоги шкафов вдоль железнодорожных путей, а также за покушение на теракт в Краснодаре.
В октябре и декабре 2023 Гладких сжег даа шкафа на ж/д в Краснодаре.
В в декабря 2023 года он согласился совершить теракт на АЗС в Краснодаре. Кураторы ему указали место тайника, где хранилось самодельное взрывное устройство. Однако Гладких не смог совершить взрыв, так как сотрудники правоохранительных органов заменили СВУ на муляж.
За все это его приговорили к 16 годам и штрафу в размере 300 тысяч рублей.
